Dr. Lohrenz is helping people for over 35 years. He is dedicated and committed to promoting a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. Dr. Lohrenz works collaboratively with his patients/clients so they can live to their full potential. Dr. Lohrenz has been a licensed Chiropractor since 1990. He is Past Chair of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractic and was honoured as a Fellow of the International Chiropractic Association. He is the Canadian ICA Representative. He is committed to his education and learning in order to provide you with the best care. Dr. Lohrenz looks to find the issues causing your pain and any other discomfort. He is committed to helping families in our community and our city to experience improved health and vitality. One of his goals is to empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential through genuine care and education.

Dr. Lohrenz is married (Deborah) and has two sons (Ty and Yurek). He enjoys living a vibrant and healthy lifestyle and enjoys travelling with his family and loves to read - especially anything to do with history and geography. He is a former football player. When living in Winnipeg, he was a corporate sponsor of the Blue Bombers and is a fan of the Jets. He is a huge fan of ultimate Frisbee and played for over 20 years. Dr. Lohrenz' family also includes four Ragdoll cats - Zyre, Miori, Sieka and Kita.

His son Yurek said: "My dad is an amazing dad and whenever I have some sort of injury, he always makes me feel better - mentally and physically." "When I grow up, I want to be just like my dad, because dad helps everybody and Halifax would not be the same without him."

Update: Yurek is attending the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.

When his son Ty was asked for two sentences to describe his dad, he said: "He is too amazing to describe in two sentences."
